Business Traveler
Hotel staff was not friendly at all. Many things listed on hotel website did not work like the ice machine, coffee and orange juice machine. No continental breakfast. Only 5 TV stations. Smelled like smoke in non-smoking room. ...read more

Cheap, no troubles checking in. Comfy beds, flatscreen TV. This hotel worked perfect for me and my budget.

This little place gets a bad rap. Best is its location - you are literally minutes from the Golden Gate bridge. And it is cute - of the places we stayed in the 10-day trip we took (8 places) I give it the highest ratings for furnishings and design. Solo Traveler
It's not elegant, there's no continental breakfast, and the customer service is a little slow, but the room was very clean, my room had a flat screen TV, the water pressure was more than adequate, and the wireless signal was fine. It's across the street from the 101, so it's noisy, but shut the windows and turn on some music and you don't hear the trucks roaring down the highway. Not good. Very dirty and worn. Burn holes in the furniture. Bad paint, smoke filled. Not refurbished at all. Very old. Yuck. Didn't stay the night. Checked out two hours after I got there. I couldn't breathe because of the smoke. ...read more
